a stately villa
As a newly founded project, we naturally do not yet have our own Corps house. When we are guests of other fraternities, however, it is in many cases a stately villa.
Many events take place here, and there are often rooms for students as well.
You can come back to a Corps house after months or years, sit down with your Corps brothers, and it always feels as if you were there only the evening before — instantly familiar, like family.
The most important room
The most important room in every Corps house is the Kneipsaal, the hall where traditional gatherings ('Kneipen') take place — events with singing, speeches, and, above all, celebration.
Our goal, of course, is to find a Corps house for Viadrina as well. Until then, we use the premises of local inns and taverns — just as the earliest student fraternities in Breslau once did.
